So my blood pressure has been normal my whole adult life until now, I went to the doctors a few weeks ago and they told me my diastolic was high which is not as common as having a high systolic. Went to the grocery store and took my blood pressure today and it was 135 over 95 with a heart rate of 79. Going to see my doctor about it but I'm hoping it's not something really serious, also got dizzy as I was getting out of my car- still dizzy UcenterDress items that suitable for women over 40 to wear of the formal occasions :-(
