Bad to the Bone Broth

Ingredients:
**really add any vegetables to the pot. I usually try to find vegetables that are going bad, that way I'm not being wasteful.**Organic is best.
-I use bones from 2 whole chickens (free from/free range)
-6-8 cups of filtered water
-4 celery stalks
-2 whole carrots
-2 tsp turmeric
-2 tsp cumin
-2- tsp sea salt
-large handful of parsley (or any other herb, I also add basil, or whatever is fresh and ready from my garden.)
-1 large red onion
-2 tsp of Bragg apple cider vinegar

Place chicken bones in crockpot with the water and apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for about half hour. Add other ingredients. Place on low overnight, or as long as possible. I try to leave mine for 24 hours.
Use a fine mesh strainer to discard the bones and vegetables. Strain into mason jars.
Place mason jars in the fridge and store up to a week.
Or place in the freezer, for longer duration.
